Also please be informed that we are not in the position to accept those invoices which are issued to our old address after 14 July 2008. The above mentioned change in connection with the address of our registered seat does not concern the content, conditions and obligations of contracts entered into with Bunge Zrt.

In 2002, the Cereol Group was acquired by Bunge Limited, one of the world’s biggest agribusiness and food companies. Bunge was founded in the Netherlands in 1818, later it moved to South America, and in 1999 it relocated to the USA. Bunge Limited, now including Cereol, has become the world’s biggest oilseed processor and the third biggest agribusiness company.

Due to the change in ownership, our corporate name has changed from Cereol Rt. to Bunge Rt. as of October 2003.
